Occupational Health and Safety Audits
It is a type of inspection carried out under the name of “Occupational Safety” by the Labor Inspectors of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the relevant legislation. the location of the workplace, production methods and forms, processes and the characteristics of the technology used are also taken into consideration in order to evaluate the location of the workplace.
Audit;
Within the framework of the Relevant Regulations issued in accordance with the Law No. 6331;
- Taking precautions arising from the legislation and whether the measures taken are complied with.
- Professional risks faced by employees,
- Measures to be taken,
- Adequacy of informing about legal rights and responsibilities,
- Whether the obligations of providing the necessary occupational health and safety trainings to the employees are fulfilled,
- Whether corrective actions have been initiated regarding the reasons for the occurrence of occupational accidents that have occurred in the workplace before,
- The adequacy of the contracts related to the outsourced OSGB Services, the competence and adequacy in meeting the Obligations of the Service Company, whether the service is provided in accordance with the contract made,
- Whether the ‘’ISGB’’ Occupational Healt and Safety Unit Service Units established internally work in accordance with the Legislation
- Accident Reporting, Near-Miss Reporting,
- It is checked whether the Risk Assessment Studies are conducted and the method of work is appropriate, whether the Risk Assessment Reports reflect the company’s activities.
