DETAM Private Employment Agency Ltd. is founded on the 8 of June, 2004 according to the Turkish Employment Organization (İSKUR) (No.of law 4904). Our firm is the first licensed private employment agency in Turkey. Before that employment matters were deemed as a function of the government therefore private employment agencies were banned.

What Are We Doing?

Under the protection of regulations, we are providing employment placement services between jobseekers and employers.

Among other traditional labour market and employment services, our company is specialized in recruiting employees abroad and workers from Turkey for other countries. We are also interested in placing temporary and seasonal workers.

Extension of Our Services

Either directly or in cooperation with similar agencies, we extend our services throughout Turkey.
